Canciones Culturales CD

 

Standard 2.1 of The National Standards for Foreign Language Learning says that students demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between the practices and perspectives of the culture studied. Many of the practices of hispanic culture are displayed in songs, poems, chants, and dances. The Canciones Culturales CD is a wonderful resource for these. This CD contains all of the songs, poems, and chants—all in Spanish— in the Sonrisas Curricula and provides all of the lyrics in the CD jacket. Teachers can learn the songs, along with accompanying body motions included in the book, and teach them to their students during class. Parents can get in on the fun and participate in their child's Spanish learning at home or in the car. A collection of traditional and original Spanish music for kids, the CD contains 18 energetic, easy-to-learn songs, performed and arranged by authors Brooks and Blue Lindner. The CD is included with all of the curricula or it can be purchased individually. We offer a 10% discount on CD orders of ten or more and 40% off orders of twenty or more.
